ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and to the wakf property by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2020.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.642 of 2020 on 27.11.2020 and thereafter the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed as the entire allegations alleged in the complaint are civil in nature in respect of the administration Wakf property.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer sought for in this writ petition seeking police protection cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for his relief.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
