This petition is filed to condone the delay of 313 days in representing the C.M.A. as against the award dated 27.02.2018 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1288 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.49664 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
