ORDER

The Hon'ble Supreme Court on 16.11.2022 has passed the following order in C.A.Nos.8471 to 8473 of 2022: "In the circumstances, impugned order to that extent is set aside. The matter is remitted back to the second appellant to follow the procedure prescribed in Rules 6 & 7 of the Rules, thereby making a provisional determination, publishing it or making it known to the respondent and after considering their objections, make an order in accordance with Rule 7 of the Rules."

2. The contempt petitioner is now been asked to once again approach the District Revenue Officer (Stamps), Office of the District Collector, Chennai.
