ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.4067 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4067 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is relaxed.
