O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct the cultural program(Adal Padal Nigalchi)in the event of Karuppanampatti Village, Unjakkadu Arulmigu Sree Poo Mariamman Temple Festival at Omalur Taluk, Salem District on 28.04.2022 between 6.00pm to 11.00pm by considering the petitioner's representation dated dated 15.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent on 21.04.2022 and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
