PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of writ, directing the respondent to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Sarkar Valavanthi village, Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple festival at Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District on 02.05.2022 between 6 p.m to 11 p.m by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022.

O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Sarkar Valavanthi village, Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple festival at Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District on 02.05.2022 between 6 p.m to 11 p.m by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent and it is also served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
