Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct the auction with police protection of Tamarind Trees, Cashew-nut Trees and Palm Trees on the Southern and Northern sides of the Kuttai and Cart-track (Vandipathai), comprised in Survey No.166 by removing encroachment and the fish in the Kuttai (small pond) called Naduvachi Kuttai measuring 1.50.0 Hectares, comprised in Survey No.115, New Survey No.119 and another Kuttai (small pond) called Amattan Kuttai, measuring 0.39.5 Hectares, comprised in Survey No.166 at Kaliyankuppam Village, Anumanthai Post, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025.
