The Petitioner has filed the above application seeking to take substituted service on the third respondent.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, the petitioner has stated that the steps taken by him to serve the third respondent has been unsuccessful and therefore he may be permitted to effect substituted service on the third respondent by paper publication.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in the Tamil daily of "Malai Murasu" which is the local public newspaper in the area, where the third respondent is residing and mentioning that the next date of hearing on 25.04.2024.
