ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.18422 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28777 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28777 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18422 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28777 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
