This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.C.S.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.S.Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for first respondent and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 18.02.2019 standing in the name of the petitioner's father and the settlement deed dated 07.03.2022 executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta issued in his favour on 10.08.2024 for 2/4
two of the properties and insofar as Survey No.345/1(part) is concerned, since patta was not given, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent seeking for patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to make an online application before the Tahsildar, Hosur, along with all the necessary particulars and on receiving the same, the Tahsildar shall pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of online application from the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
