C.M.P.Nos. 7588, 7589 & 7591 of 2023 in C.R.P. SR. Nos. 57127, 57128 & 57141 of 2022 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 277 days in representing the above C.R.P.s

2. Mr.Nirmal Aditya, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the above Civil Revision Petitions were returned for requirement of certain documents and the same was conveyed to the Revision Petitioner, but due to his old age and health factors, he was not able to trace and get the documents on time. Hence, there is a delay of 277 days arose in representing the above C.R.P.s and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petitions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and on considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow these petitions and Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions if it is otherwise found to be in order. 06.04.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
