ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to issue patta in the name of all the legal heirs for the property comprised in Survey No.114/2A1A admeasuring 0.47.00 hectares situated at No.116, Valasaravakkam Village, Maduravoyal Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. If any application is pending on the file of the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after

giving notice to all the parties concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
