ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.07.2015 pending on the file of the respondent police and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 21.07.2015 to the respondent by post.
4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
