ORDER

On 04.03.2010, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri granted bail to the respondents 2 to 4 in C.M.P.No.695 of 2010. The present criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail order. Now, more than five years have lapsed from the date of bail order.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.208 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition and hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
