Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2014 and 22.12.2014 and consequently absorb the petitioner in the Executive Branch of Railway Protection Force w.e.f. 1996 and grant appropriate promotion to the petitioner as Inspector, Executive Branch, Railway Protection Force, with appropriate service benefits, pay fixation and other emoluments which the petitioner would be entitled to.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that he shall be absorbed in the Executive Branch of Railway Protection Force w.e.f. 1996 particularly, since he made representations dated 23.09.2014 and 22.12.2014 to the respondents praying to absorb him in the Executive Branch of Railway Protection Force. Thereafter, now he has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the said representations. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the narrow prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 23.09.2014 and 22.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
