JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA.J) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge made in W.P.No.1463 of 2018 dated 20.07.2018.

2. The W.P.No.1463/2018 has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for continuation of provisional affiliation to the writ petitioner's college for the academic years 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18 on the basis of the compliance reported by the writ petitioner vide representation dated 12.01.2018 forthwith. Since the learned Single Judge has declined to consider the said prayer, as against the dismissal order, the present Writ Appeal has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

4. At the outset, a perusal of the records would reveal that the prayer in the Writ Appeal has already become infructuous even in the year 2017-18 itself and nothing is further left out for this Court to adjudicate upon.

5. In the result, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
