A.No.2752 of 2019 in O.P.(D) No.125165 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the Original Petition challenging the Award passed by the Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having regard to nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this application and in view of the no objection of the respondents in allowing this application, I am inclined to condone the delay.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The registry is directed to number the Original Petition, if it is otherwise in Order and post along with O.P.No.13 of 2019 for final arguments on 25.06.2019.
