ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fifth respondent to take over the control of Shri Panchamuga Anchaneyar Temple located in Survey

No.667, Elumichangiri Village, Krishnagiri District.

2. It is submitted by learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) that public opinion as well as objections were called for regarding bringing the administration of the temple in question under the direct control of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department and the authorities will take necessary action in this regard.

3. Recording the submission made by learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE), the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
