Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and to her property in S.No.1445/4A1 and 1445/4A2, totally 0.10.0 Acer land in patta No.1018 and to take suitable action against the said accused R.Shanmugarayar and S.Saravanan and their henchmen.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and to her property in S.No.1445/4A1 and 1445/4A2, totally 0.10.0 Acer land in Patta No.1018 and to take suitable action against the accused persons namely, R.Shanmugarayar and S.Saravanan and their henchmen, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.360 of 2015 before the respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
