By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the lands in S.Nos.280/1A and 283/1 bearing patta nos.746 and 759 situated at Kanuvakkarai Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District. Petitioner submitted an application dated 23.04.2015 praying for sub division of the lands by paying fees and enclosing necessary documents and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Mutharasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/ representation dated 23.04.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
