ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 15.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18671 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking appointment to the post of PG Assistant Chemistry. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that in order to comply the order passed by this Court, the second respondent after considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, recommended the petitioner for the post of PG Assistant Chemistry and provisionally selected and also sent to the user department viz., the first respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no appointment order has been passed by the first respondent. 4.

In view of the above submissions, the first respondent is directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
