This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 30.11.2020, whereby she sought for issuance of patta in favour of petitioner in respect of 52 cents of Punja land - comprised in S. No. 29/1B1 and situated in Melathangal Village, Chetpet SRO Limit, Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner as early as on 14.09.2021 and that might be the reason for none appearance of the petitioner.
4.The submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded. However, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as nonprosecution.
