Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, Directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016, and to allot light work to the petitioner in 4th respondent's office situated at Udumalai Body Building Unit, Udumalpet.

O R D E R

The writ petitioner claims that considering his medical disability he must be allotted to perform light works in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Coimbatore) Limited. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that, on account of a surgery undergone by the writ petitioner in his leg, he is under continuous medical treatment in Ganga Medical Centre & Hospital(p) Ltd., Coimbatore with regard to disability caused on account of an accident. 3.

Without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.10.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
