This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred, to issue a direction in E.P.No.500 of 2021 in M.C.O.P.No.2692 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. 2.The revision petitioner is the Judgment Debtor-I in the EP proceedings and the Execution Petition has been preferred by the first respondent /decree holder for recovering the decree amount by attaching the vehicle belonging to the petitioner. During the course of the execution of the decree, the vehicle was attached. After depositing the decree amount, the petitioner sought a direction to release the vehicle. 3.However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle has already been released and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
