Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petition submitted by the petitioner herein dated 13.03.2019 for objection to the application made by one Mr.Balasundaram to restore the name of the Association namely "Sri Sastha Nagar Manai Nila Sonthakarargal Sangam" which was declared as defunct in the Tamil Nadu Gazatte Notification dated 16.03.2011 consequently directed to pass order on the said applications after conducting enquiry within an appropriate time.
