ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the trial has commenced with the examination of P.W.1 on 16.06.2015.

In view of the above development, this petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
