[Respondents] Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to order dated 22.10.2016 made in No.12/makumaythu/okunathi5/2016-17/201/1921 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the amounts due to the petitioner towards supplies made to the Anganwadis for the period from April 2016 to November 2016. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 13.04.2017 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal. The matter is listed today under the heading for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.
