ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 448, 294(b), 170 and 506(i) of IPC, in crime No.91 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
