ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by the High Court in Crl.O.P.No.19531 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015.

2. When this contempt petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police have served on the petitioner a copy of the "action dropped" report submitted to the Tahsildar and also the copy of the post-mortem report of the deceased https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ along with a covering letter of the Inspector of Police, dated 08.07.2016, during the pendency of this contempt

application. From the above, it is clear that the police have completed the investigation in Cr.No.1184 of 205 and they have filed "action dropped" report before the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal.

3. Under such circumstances, the Tahsildar, Maduravoyal is directed to take photocopies of all the records and after retaining the same, send the original records to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, so as to give an opportunity to the petitioner to file a protest application. The Tahsildar is directed to complete this exercise within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this contempt petition is closed.
