A.No.3118 of 2024 A.No.3118 of 2024 in C.S.No.21 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
This application has been filed by the first defendant who is appearing as party-in-person, seeking permission to file an additional written statement and along with the additional written statement, documents have also been filed.
2.The requirement for filing of an additional written statement is that though instructions were given in a particular manner to the learned counsel who earlier appeared, all the instructions were not incorporated in the written statement. It is therefore contended that the additional written statement is required to put forth all the facts and the statement as projected by the first defendant.
3.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is also present. 4.The plaintiff would be given an opportunity to file a reply to this additional written statement.
