W.M.P.No.10413 of 2019 in W.P.No.7320 of 2019 R.Subbiah,J., & Krishnan Ramasamy, J., (Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J.,) This Miscellaneous Petition is listed today at the instance of the petitioner.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present writ petition, the address of the second respondent was wrongly quoted by them in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the address of the second respondent as State rep. by the Inspector of Police, Shozhavaram Police Station, Tiruvallur District instead of State rep. by Inspector of Police, Ponneri Police Station, Tiruvallur District. While so, this Court by order dated 18.03.2019, has ordered for release of the said vehicle and the address of the second respondent was wrongly mentioned in the said order dated 18.03.2019.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy upon payment of necessary charges by amending the address of the second respondent as stated in this petition.
