This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th respondent from interfering with the conducting of the prayer in the house belonging to the petitioner along with the family members and relatives based on the representation, dated 14.01.2022.

2. Heard Mr.M.Francis Xavier, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. There is absolutely no acknowledgment or proof available to substantiate that the petitioner has submitted his representation on 14.01.2022. In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. If really there is any disturbance caused, it is left open to the petitioner to give detailed representation to the 2/4

concerned authority and thereafter if no action is taken, the petitioner can approach this Court for appropriate remedy at which point of time the petitioner must also file necessary acknowledgment to prove that such a representation / complaint has been given to the concerned authority.
