The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.12.2023 passed in F.A.No.1005/2023.
The petitioner filed a writ petition to set aside the order passed by the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and further direction is sought for to dispose of the Execution Petition filed against the respondent 3 and 4 under Section 71 & 72 of the Consumer Protection Act. The order passed by the State Commission Disputes Redressal Commission is appealable before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under Section 58 (1) (a) (iii) of the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to redress her grievances in the manner known to law. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Page No.2 of 4
