ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Gajendiran, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.S.Nivetha, for Mr.R.Praburam learned counsel for the Respondent.

2. Mr. K.Gajendiran, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 137 days in filing the criminal revision petition.

3. In compliance of the order, dated 18.06.2026, the Petitioner has brought a demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,41,500/- being additional 30% of the cheque amount and the said demand draft has been given to the learned counsel for the Respondent . An endorsement regarding the receipt of the said demand draft has also been made in the copy of the said demand draft and the same is taken on record. Accordingly, the order of this Court, dated 18.06.2026 has been complied with. Thus, the delay in filing the present criminal revision petition is to be condoned.

4.Ms.S.Nivetha, learned Counsel for the Respondent, has stated that she has no objection to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 137 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned. GV/SRCM 24-06-2026
