ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested for the offences under Section 379 I.P.C, seeks bail.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the trial has commenced. Except three more witnesses, all other witnesses were examined. 3.Considering the force in the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition for bail is dismissed with a direction to the trial court to complete the trial within a period of 30 days from today.
