No. 21901/ A3/ 2013 dated 28.03.2015 as confirmed in Appeal No.57 of 2015 dated 22.07.2016 of the 1st respondent quash the same, and direct the 2nd Respondent permitting the petitioner to shift the rerminus from Pushpa Theatre to Tirupur Old Bus Stand and operate on the route Tirupur Old Bus Stand to Omanchettipalayam.
