ORDER

This contempt petitioner has been filed to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the order dated 24/07/2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18442 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing,

Mr.P.Chandrasekaran, SSI, Land Grabbing Cell, Office of the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvallur, is present before this Court.

4. On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have registered a regular case on 15.06.2016 in Crime No.18 of 2016 for offences under Sections 420, 465 & 468 IPC. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
