ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the communication in Na.Ka.No.134359/B8/17 dated 10.10.2017 sent by the sixth respondent and to direct the respondents to allot the petitioner school as exam centre for the public examination to be conducted in the month of March, 2018 for the academic year 2017-18.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the request of the petitioner school to consider it as exam centre, may be directed to be considered for the next academic year 2018-19.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader (Education) appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing all the required documents, along with a copy of this order to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
