CRIME NO.74 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Ambur Police Station, on everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6663 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.6663 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation.
