..Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to grant permission to conduct the cultural program namely 'Theechatti Nadanam' by Transgender to be held on 12.08.2016 at Sri Mariyamman and Sri Vediyappan Temple at Kathirampattivillage, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District in a peaceful manner by considering their representation dated 31.07.2016.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct the cultural program namely 'Theechatti Nadanam' by Transgender to be held on 12.08.2016 at Sri Mariyamman and Sri Vediyappan Temple at Kathirampattivillage, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District in a peaceful manner by considering their representation dated 31.07.2016.

2. In view of the fact that the permission sought for to conduct cultural programmes on 12.08.2016 was rejected and due to lapse of time, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
