M.S. RAMESH.J., klt 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the civil revision petition has become infructuous since the Original suit has already been disposed of by the Court below. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
