It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the respondents that the suit has been instituted for partition and separate possession and the matter has been amicably settled before the Mediation on 26.09.2016. It is further submitted that when the suit was filed, the 1st plaintiff was a minor and now, she has been declared as major, the 2nd plaintiff is still a minor. Hence, they seek the permission to record the compromise entered on behalf of the minor 2nd plaintiff by his next friend/maternal uncle R.Rathnakumar to form part of the preliminary decree.

2.Considering the above submissions, the petition is allowed. The memo of compromise shall form part of the preliminary decree.
