O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to file a charge sheet in FIR No.17 of 2016 before the regular Judicial Magistrate and consequently direct the Judicial Magistrate to take cognizance of the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father gave complaint to the 1st respondent on 05.08.2015 and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent on receiving the same had issued notice to the petitioner's father for appearing for enquiry. The petitioner's father along with petitioner had appeared before the 2nd and 3rd respondents for enquiry and submitted all the relevant documents to the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

According to the petitioner, the 2nd & 3rd respondent have completed the enquiry and the final report is also ready but have not filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the 2nd and 3rd respondents have completed the enquiry and the final report is also ready.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 17 of 2016 and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate viz., Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
