This Court by an Order dated 11.04.2019, had directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.284 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
