ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.3270 of 2020, dated

dated 11.02.2020 passed by the respondent.

2. E-mail had been forwarded by the learned counsel for the respondent to the Registry enclosing an order dated 09.07.2020 in Proceedings No.858/E1/2019, by which, the petitioner viz., Janab R.Anvardeen has been reinstated into service and has been posted as Superintendent/Executive Officer of Hazrath Peer Mohamed Sha Aulia Dargah, Thucklay, Kanyakumari District, with immediate effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the said order. In view of the same, the contempt petition does not survive and accordingly, the same is closed.
