ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 21.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.30337 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the order of this Court dated 21.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.30337 of 2023 has been complied with, by the proceedings of the first respondent dated 04.06.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
