Prayer in WP.No.33709: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot the Exam center to the Petitioner school for the public exam to be conducted in the month of March, 2018 for the academic year 2017-2018 for classes XI and XII standards.

WP.No.1472/2013:Directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the recognition issued to the 5th respondent school and not to extend the same beyond 20.2.2013 unless and until the 5th respondent school rectifies with all the deficiencies so far pointed out and to continue strict compliance with all the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Educational Code Regulation for Approved Nursery and Primary Schools at all times in future. WP.No.3221/2013:Directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the recognition issued to the 4th respondent -school and not to extend the same beyond 20.2.2013 unless and until the 4th respondent-school rectifies with all the deficiencies so far pointed out and to continue strict compliance with all the provisions of the Code of Regulations for Matriculation Schools in Tamilnadu at all times in future.

WP.No.44497/2016:Calling for the records of the second respondent made in No.NA.KA No.132601/ P8/2016 dated 30.11.2016 cancelling the Allotment of Constitution of Exam Centre to the petitioner School and quash the same and direct the second respondent to allot the Constitution Exam Centre to the petitioner School for the X Standard Exam.

WP.No.44498/2016:Calling for the records of the second respondent made in No.NA.KA No.227310/ H8/ 2016 dated 2.12.2016 cancelling the Allotment of Constitution of Exam Centre to the petitioner School and quash the same and direct the second respondent to allot the Constitution Exam Centre to the petitioner School for the XII Standard Exam.
