ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 27.04.2015 given by the petitioner to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry is being conducted by the second respondent Police on the complaint dated 27.04.2015 given by the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the complaint and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
