and Survey No.137/26B measuring an extent of 0.01.00 Ares out of 0.02.0 Ares situated at Elakurichi Revenue Village, Ariyalur Taluk & District. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to process the subdivision patta transfer application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.10.2023.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an online application before the second respondent to issue separate / individual patta for his properties in Survey Nos.137/26A and 137/26B situated at Elakurichi Revenue Village, Ariyalur Taluk & District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owner and pass orders, on its own merits and 2/4

in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
