ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a complaint based on the complaint forwarded by the petitioner on 17.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 24.04.2015 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
